Protein Bread, Savoury Muffin or Scones Mix

This versatile savoury baking mix is a superfood as it contains almonds, linseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, psyllium, hemp seed, coconut, chia, guar, and basil. Just add eggs (or egg replacement), oil and water and bake it as bread, muffin or scone.
You will need 4 eggs, 20ml oil and 300 ml hot water. Instructions: Preheat oven to 190C. Pour hot water into the dry mix, whisk eggs and oil, and add and mix all until all incorporated. Best served toasted. Freezes well.
Bread: Bake in a greased loaf pan or put parchment paper in a 10x30cm tin for 45min (check with a toothpick).
Muffin or scone: Add meat, cheese or veg of choice (up to a cup) mix, and divide into muffin cups. Bake 25min.
Suitable for Gluten-free, Keto, Dairy-free, Vegetarian, and Diabetic friendly.
