This is one of the most simple recipes you can do with peanuts. Be aware that peanuts should be eaten with moderation as they can affect your carb intake. I use ETA peanuts as they are lowest in carbs, also check for peanut butter which one is low in carbs. Also, check do they contain flour as many of them do. This recipe is DF, vegan, GF, and keto I always do all recipes in bulk, but here is a recipe for a smaller amount.
400ml coconut cream
70g Dark chocolate
50g coconut oil
50g peanut butter
50g chopped peanuts
You can buy other Dry ingredients
Boil 1 can of coconut cream (I use Samoan cream) with 30g erythritol. When boiled move aside and add 70g dark chocolate (I use 75% Dark no added sugar couverture). Mix to get a form of ganache. In another pot mix 50g coconut oil and 50g peanut butter and melt. Once melted add to ganache and add 50g chopped peanuts. Put to molds and freeze. Best eaten from the freezer.

Boil cream, erythritol, and coconut oil. Move aside and add chocolate, peanut butter, and peanuts. Stir and pour to molds,
