Keto Berry Jam

Being on Keto doesn’t mean you have to give up on the breakfast variety. I always missed a lot of berry jam/marmalade on my peanut toast and that’s why I always have a jar ready. It is really easy and you only need 3 ingredients. Be aware that berries can be eaten, but in small amounts as they are high in carbs. I use Natvia or Xylitol, as Erythritol will crystalize.


100g mixed berries

100g Natvia (you can put less if you want less sweet)

5g Gold Gelatine



Put berries and sweetener in the pot. Put to boil. Bloom gelatine and add to the pot. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour into the jar and chill for two hours. Enjoy.
