Bev’s Recipe for a happy life

2 large cups of Self-love
1 heaped Tablespoon of Smiles
3 cups of Gratitude
4 Teaspoons of Hope
1 Cup of Kindness
A large sprinkling of laughter

Mix all of these together and leave in the sun to warm.
